Do you think it's bad that all of the joints in my upper body crunch and pop and crack every time I rotate them? For example, not like when I turn my head to look at something or lift my arm, but when roll them? It's probably because I store all my tension in my neck and shoulders, buuuuut it doooon't sound good.

also, who's up for losing weight effortlessly?

Wicked. If the book doesn't get too much into it, do you think you'll look up the psychological side of this "diet"?
